By booking a retreat or using our services, you ("You", "Your", "Guest") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to attend any retreat hosted by Thrive Retreats.

2. No Cooling-Off Period

There is no cooling-off period applicable to bookings made for any of our retreats. All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

3. Your Health

You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no known medical reasons preventing you from participating in physical activities such as—but not limited to—strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga, pilates, running, swimming, or walking. You understand that Thrive Retreats does not provide medical advice and that all fitness and wellness activities are undertaken at your own risk. If you are aware of any pre-existing health conditions, it is your responsibility to obtain medical clearance before attending any retreat.

4. Acknowledgement of Risk

You acknowledge and accept that participation in physical exercise, travel, and associated retreat activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

5. Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Retreats, its directors, contractors, trainers, agents, and employees from any claims, liability, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in our retreats or use of our services.

6. Payment and Booking Terms

6.1 Booking Fee & Deposits

Deposits are non refundable are are required to reserve a spot on any Thrive Retreats experience.

6.2 Payment Due

All remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 90 days prior to the retreat start date. If the balance is not paid by this time, your reservation may be canceled without refund.

6.3 Failed Payments

You are responsible for ensuring your chosen payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. In the event of failed payments:

  • You will be liable for any associated fees.

  • Access to retreat services and activities may be suspended until payment is resolved.

  • We will attempt to notify you via email and phone.

  • We reserve the right to continue charging the outstanding balance to your nominated payment method.

7. Travel Insurance

It is your responsibility to purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance. This insurance should:

  • Cover all retreat activities.

  • Include trip cancellation, delays, abandonment by airlines, and emergency evacuation.
    Thrive Retreats does not provide insurance and is not responsible for any costs due to your failure to obtain adequate coverage.

8. Cancellations by You

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@thrive-retreats.com. Refunds are subject to the following schedule:

  • 120+ days before retreat start date: Full refund minus value of the deposit.

  • 90–119 days: 50% refund of payments made, minus value of the deposit

  • Less than 90 days: No refunds will be provided.

9. Cancellations by Thrive Retreats

In the event that we must cancel or reschedule a retreat for any reason, you may:

  • Transfer your payments to another retreat within two years, or

  • Receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

Thrive Retreats is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as airfare or other travel-related expenses.

10. Late Arrivals / Early Departures

No credit, refund, or discount will be given for arriving late or departing early from a retreat unless agreed upon prior to booking.

11. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary and up-to-date travel documentation, including but not limited to:

  • Passports

  • Visas

  • Health declarations

  • Vaccination records

We are not liable for any travel interruptions due to improper or incomplete documentation.

12. Third-Party Services

Thrive Retreats may work with third-party providers. We are not responsible for:

  • The actions, omissions, or services of third parties.

  • Changes to services provided by third parties.

  • Delayed, missed, or canceled flights or transport services.

13. General Waiver

By participating in any retreat, you:

  • Voluntarily engage in all activities at your own risk.

  • Waive all claims against Thrive Retreats and its affiliates for loss, injury, or damage (including death) arising from participation in the retreat.

14. Media Release – Use of Image

By attending a retreat, you grant Thrive Retreats permission to use photos, videos, or recordings featuring your likeness for promotional, advertising, and commercial use without compensation.
You release Thrive Retreats from any liability arising from the use of such media.

15. Smoking, Alcohol, and Drug Policy

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside retreat accommodations. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

The use or possession of recreational drugs is not permitted on retreat premises. Guests found smoking in prohibited areas, intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs may be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

16. Agreement to Terms
